T O P I C R E V I E WNephthysI just bought my first package of Xylitol and I love it. I really didn't know much about it, but everything I have read about it looks positive. I am not supposed to have sugar so looks like this is good for baking then. Last night I made some lemon biscotti and they turned out great.
